After being picked up off waivers season 1 by the Hawks, and then getting drafted 4th OA to the Sabercats in season 2, and Co-GMing with ckroyal92
for a long time, and then being traded to NOLA which is in great hands under Bovo.
With that being said, after long talks with Bovo and thoughts on my career, its time to call it quits. This season will be the last of Vincent Sharpei's and it has been a blast!

Vincent Sharpei steps up to the podium, after a hard fought win against the Colorado Yeti, now rocking that Purple New Orleans hat.
Alright guys, I'm here, and let's knock this out of the park.
AMA about being traded, NOLA, SJ, Stepping down, etc.
Question. What kind of bear is best?
Answer: Brown Bear.
What are your thoughts on the New Orleans rebuild strategy? Any concerns going forward?
Honestly, It has been a great place to play for the few games I played here. We were literally the last game of the season away from making the playoffs, and the locker room is a fun place to be. I couldn’t have gone to a better team once I was traded
How long until NOLA is a contender?
Honestly, I think NOLA can compete next season as a contender. We have one of the strongest linebacking cores in the league, and the defense is young and only getting better. Our quarterback is also one of the biggest motivators and loves to live in the gym, he makes you want to get better.
If you hadn't gone to NOLA, where would you have wanted to go?
Honestly, I wouldn’t have had a problem going anywhere, but NOLA offered the most for me. I am happy to have spent almost all of my career in San Jose, and I am glad they got the most for what they could out of me.
Do you think it'll be hard to watch someone else run a team that you're playing on while you have to sit on the sidelines (to some extent)?
It is a very different feeling. I jumped into a leadership role right away in San Jose, and was part of a lot going on there, and now to sit back and let someone else takeover is really difficult for me. But I am here if they have any questions and I am only a phone call away if they need me for anything.
Do you think NOLA will be an Ultimus contender before you retire?
Honestly, yes. Whole-heartedly, it is a huge possibility. With the Otters and San Jose hitting regression this off season, and Arizona doing Arizona things, NOLA is up and coming, and boy are we coming hard.
If SJS can find a new QB, they could definitely become the top team in the AFSC. How would their success make you feel?
It will hurt, a lot, but I will be happy for them. I still am happy that we made our only playoff appearance together, and I wish them nothing but the best, but it will be hard if they go back to back and make huge playoff pushes without me. That would make me feel like I was the one holding them back.
There are rumors that the Second Line LR is filled with “The Office” memes, tbone rants, Adams hair, and pedestals of Bovo about. Can you confirm?
I cannot confirm or deny, because I have not read that far into my contract agreement yet. But all I know is this, which kind of bear is best?
Who hates friendship the most out of OG SJS?
Clearly, without a doubt it’s none other than one of the secondary members. Clearly it would have to be Ja Brill, because he traded us away.
How long are you planning to fight regression?
Honestly, that is up in the air right now, as I do have one more season before regression hits. But as well, my contract ends after season 8, so who knows what will happen.
How does it feel having Brian Mills steal your tackles?
Salty. Salt Salt SALT. But in all honesty, its not that bad as he is a good man to have next to you when lining up against offenses.
How excited are you for the plunger?
Could you describe in shockingly incredible detail all of your favorite things about me?
You cute or whatev… I mean, you are the best around, noone’s ever gonna bring you down.
why do you hate me?
Because you’re short, and smell funny. But I don’t hate you bb, I love you.

After being CO-GM with ckroyal92
for the past 4? seasons, I have decided to hang up my that responsibility. At Season's end (possibly sooner), I will step down from being the CO.
I want to thank ck for giving me the opportunity to be a CO, and it has been a great learning experience.
It has been a wonderful time, but all good things must come to an end.
PM ckroyal or myself on why you want to become part of the San Jose Nation and being a co-GM!
