I'm just here so I won't get fined

What it's like to go from catching passes from a future HOFer like King Bronko to catching passes from young Borkus?

First of all, nothing against Bronko, but is he really a future HOFer? But more to the point, Borkus is still young, so while his emergence is coming towards the peak and tail end of my career, I think we'll see plenty of great things from him as we continue to surround him with more weapons, like Charlie Law, and beef up our defense so he'll get more time on the field.

Who's the toughest corner to face?

It's strange to say that someone is the most difficult to face when I just put up 150 yards and a touchdown against them, however, historically Delacour is someone I don't want to line up against because not only can he match me step for step when it comes to speed, but he wraps up pretty quickly.

How's the night life in NOLA?

It's alright, but to be honest, my favorite aspects of New Orleans are around essentially 24/7: cajun food, bucket drummers, and jazz.

You're a multiple time Ultimus champion and easily one of the top WRs in the league... what are your current goals for the rest of your career? Do you have any goals for this season?

I don't set individual goals as often as I set team goals anymore. What's there left for me to ask from myself that isn't heavily team dependent anyways? Go from the 3rd or 4th most receptions/ypc to the 1st or 2nd most? That's not as big a deal to me as seeing the team improve overall. I want to see more wins this season than we saw last year, and I think that we're trending in the right direction. It hurt to lose such a close game to the Outlaws, but we were on the road and we went out there and showed we've got something to prove, so we did what we could.

As for the rest of my career, my aim is to cement myself as one of the best receivers in the game. You've got habitual top performers like Westfield and now, apparently, a number of runningbacks, but I want to show that I can perform and ultimately improve a teamno matter whether the quarterback is a top dog or just getting started, and I'm thinking Borkus and I are going to make each other better over the next several seasons.

How has the adjustment been going from the Outlaws LR to the NOLA one?

They're both uniquely their own. There were a smaller group of guys I felt close with in AZ that were very dedicated to making the team great, and there is a larger group here in NOLA that have a say in that process, but I've had a great time in both camps. I've got to say that overall, the team in NOLA feels more closely knit, but that's nothing against AZ, there's more of a concerted team effort towards a rebuild here, whereas AZ has been able to coast by on past efforts for a few seasons now.

Borkus Maximus III seems to be a very streaky and inconsistent passer... what do you think needs to change about his game to push him to the next level?

Like I said earlier, a lot of offensive success comes from an all around improvement to the group. When our line plays better, so does he, when our receivers drop fewer balls, he's thrown fewer incompletions and passed for more yards; if Savea is having a good game, the defense can't drop as many people into secondary as they'd like.

I think Borkus should just keep doing what he's doing and being an active force in the improvement of the rest of the guys and we'll see those changes we want to see over time.

How much longer do you think you'll play?

I'm signed in NOLA through at least season nine and I plan to carry out my contract. I'll have to reevaluate then based on how regression has affected me, but you see guys like Steve Smith Sr, Larry legend, and Ben Watson catching balls and thriving late into their careers so I'll play as long as I can produce at a meaningful level.

Ya'll, it's about time I stepped down from Head Office.
Even though it's been an absolute blast, I don't have the time necessary to contribute to this league
That I'd like to. So,
I want to make way for someone with both the necessary time and desire.

Sure, the league isn't' perfect, but I have complete and
Utter faith in the great group of people working on making the NSFL the best sim league around.
Couldn't be happier about the time I've dedicated to this league and community
Knowing that there are plenty of equally invested and active people that are working hard, too.
